Sean Kanan, best known to soap fans as Deacon from The Bold and the Beautiful, has penned a new tome that he hopes will help readers fulfill their dreams. Now, readers who order Way of the COBRA, will get more than the helpful tome.

According to the tome’s website, Kanan’s goal is to act as the readers’ Sensei. The actor wants to teach people how to release their inner warrior using battle tested-tactics and time-proven strategies.

I am going to find your COBRA (that successful, focused, driven beast within you) by the end of this book, what you do with it is up to you. Kanan first came to the attention of soap fans when he joined General Hospital as A.J., playing that part until 1997; he reprised the role again from 2012-14.

He’s played Deacon on both BB and The Young and the Restless. The actor can be seen as soap star Sam Stevens on the Amazon Prime Daytime Emmy-winning series Studio City.
