The Bold and the Beautiful
Normally, when stars from The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) travel to a foreign country, it’s to shoot remote footage that will appear on the show.
That wasn’t the case with Jacob Young (Rick), Heather Tom (Katie), and Karla Mosley (Maya), who recently traveled to South Africa.
While the trio of stars promoted the show heavily during their trip, meeting with press and fans, there are no reports of them shooting footage as their characters during their visit.
“I’m so happy thankful that after 30 years our South African viewers and SABC3 remain an integral part of our extended television family,” said Bradley Bell, executive producer/head writer in a statement.
Will this sojourn translate into more story for Rick and Maya, who’ve been simmering for a bit on the backburner now that Nicole has given up wanting custody of Lizzie?
