Do You Still Just Love Brooke And Ridge On The Bold And The Beautiful?

The characters both made their debut in the first episode of The Bold and the Beautiful and they were destined to be together.

We’re talking about Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan, who are still going strong as the show approaches its 32nd anniversary.

For decades, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) have remained on the front burner on the B&B canvas. Viewers have been glued to their screens watching them fall in love, marry, divorce, break up, and make up.

Lately, however, despite occasional squabbles over Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), the couple hasn’t been in the forefront as much as they have in the past.

Has that caused any viewers to think of them differently? Soap Hub posed this question to fans. Read on for the results!

Unforgettable
The majority of you, over 52%, say you’re still passionately devoted to Ridge and Brooke. You’ve invested in them and unlike Ridge or Brooke, who occasionally, and regrettably, stray from their relationship, you remain committed!

You may even be okay with the couple separating every now and then if it means them ultimately find their way back to one another.

All Good Things
The rest of you, nearly 48% (and let’s face it, that’s nearly half), aren’t as into Ridge and Brooke as you once were. Perhaps, it’s the passage of time that made you vote this way.

Maybe it’s because Ridge is no longer played by his original portrayer, Ronn Moss, who inhabited the role of Ridge for 25 years.

Sure, daytime’s filled with many successful recasts and Kaye has done an admirable job of filling Ridge’s designer suits, but a large number of you say you aren’t as in love with Ridge and Brooke as you once were!

It won’t be surprising at all if more of you become reinvested in Ridge and Brooke once their storyline heats up again.

Now, Ridge and Brooke seem to talk about their kids and their problems. Once the couple has more to deal with directly we can see viewers getting more behind them. After all, is there anything more romantic on B&B then when Ridge whispers the name “Logan?”
