There’s a long tradition of romance between the Forrester and Logan families on The Bold and the Beautiful that dates back to Eric Forrester dating Logan matriarch Beth back in their college days.
Today, Eric’s son Thorne is romancing Katie, daughter of the late Beth.
Eric (John McCook) and Beth (Nancy Burnett) never made it to the altar, but Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) and Katie (Heather Tom) just might. They’re young, falling in love, and seem compatible.

Even if Katie and Thorne were to marry, there’s no telling if the union would last. Katie has a tumultuous dynamic with her ex-husband Bill (Don Diamont), who’s determined to remain in their son Will’s (Finnegan George) life.
Maybe it’ll be easier for Katie to reunite with Bill if she wants a happy home for her little boy. And let’s not forget about Thorne’s feelings for Brooke. Maybe he’s just playing Katie’s knight in shining armor because he can’t have her big sis?
