Do Wyatt and Flo Need a Story on The Bold and the Beautiful?

The blessing and curse of The Bold and the Beautiful are that it’s always been a half-hour serial. Viewers are left wanting more as soon as the show ends, but, alas, there’s not enough air time for all your favorites to get screen-time!

Right now, one set of characters simmering on the storyline backburner is Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Flo (Katrina Bowden). Soap Hub asked BB fans if they’d like to see this combo get a story that thrusts them into the center of the action!

Why Not, Wyatt And Flo?

A little over 77% of you want to see Flo and Wyatt have more story. They’re certainly positioned to play out in some big family dramas. BB has made solid investments in both of these characters by tying them to core families.

It’s likely the plan all along was to make Wyatt a Spencer, giving him Liam (Scott Clifton) as both a half-brother and a rival. (Both men were fathered by Bill Spencer, played by Don Diamont.) The Spencer clan, of course, has been a BB core family since the show’s premiere.

The show also wanted to keep Bowden’s Flo around and what better way to do that than to make her a Logan, the daughter of the late Storm Logan (William deVry)? Together, Flo and Wyatt are beautiful and, in their own way, bold. Perhaps Sally (Courtney Hope) will come back into their life? Or the pair might come into conflict over cohabitating and tying the knot? There are plenty of avenues these two could travel!

Go With The Flo

The rest of you, nearly 23%, say that you’re okay with the story that Flo and Wyatt have right now. Shouldn’t there be at least one couple on a soap that’s conflict-free? A happy Flo and Wyatt provide a much-needed contrast to the heavy drama going on with other characters.

Of course, the best part about BB is that sooner or later everyone gets their time at bat. So, it’s possible that Flo and Wyatt will be dealing with big dramas in time.
