Is Liam’s unending angst on The Bold and the Beautiful all for naught? It’s rare to have any kind of mysterious death on a soap opera without there being some kind of subsequent development occurring.
We’re theorizing that there might be something more to Vinny’s (Joe LoCicero) death than Liam (Scott Clifton) simply hitting him as he drove home. Soap Hub asked BB viewers to weigh in on who they think really killed Vinny!
The majority of you, 63%, aren’t sure who killed Vinny, but you suspect that it wasn’t Liam. The show has replayed many times Liam driving along and hearing that unmistakable sound of car breaks being applied and the thud of poor Vinny’s body hitting the car. But there’s still so much we don’t know and Bill (Don Diamont) and Liam didn’t stick around long enough to find out! This is one story that is far from over!
Sometimes the most logical choice is the one that is true. Many of you, 13%, believe that Liam is the one responsible for killing Vinny. Even if Vinny had already been injured Liam hit him with Bill’s car, it’s likely that was the blow that did him in.
Many of you, over 11%, believe that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) killed Vinny. Maybe, just maybe, Thomas was in on Vinny’s plan to switch Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity test results. If Vinny threatened to blab all, Thomas might have felt he had no choice but to eliminate his pal. Maybe it was an accident? Time will tell if this theory has any merit.
The person most affected by Vinny’s actions is Finn (Tanner Novlan). Sure, Vinny’s plan might have resulted in Thomas getting back together with Hope (Annika Noelle), but it also would have robbed Finn not only of his relationship with Steffy but also his experience of being a father. Does Finn have an alibi for the night Vinny died 11% of you wonder? He might want to get one just to be sure!
Less than 2% of you suspect Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Ridge certainly would take issue with anyone who messes with his daughter’s life, so he certainly has a motive! The designer has experience with accidental death. He and Shane (Dax Griffin) struggled over a gun, it went off, and poor Shane died. (Ridge disposed of Shane’s corpse and the gun by throwing both into the ocean). Did Ridge and Vinny come to blows before Liam hit Vinny with his car?
