The rivalry between Ridge and Bill on The Bold and the Beautiful is long-running and goes deep. And now it’s taken on new heights, or rather depths, in light of Bill falling off his balcony during a struggle with Ridge.
While we didn’t actually see the part of the fight where Bill (Don Diamont) plummeted, it’s pretty clear he wouldn’t have fallen if Ridge (Thorsten) and he had not been fighting. The question is: Did Ridge purposely try to push Bill off the balcony?
A Driven Man
Ridge is a man who gets what he wants in life and it’s no secret he didn’t like Bill. That’s why the majority of you, over 51%, believe that Ridge intentionally pushed Bill so that he’d fall — and maybe die.
Who can blame him? Bill slept with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) when she was vulnerable over her marriage to Liam (Scott Clifton) being on the rocks. Also, Bill’s shamelessly pursuing Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang)!
Accidents Happen
The rest of you, almost 49%, believe no, Ridge didn’t mean to push Bill two stories off his balcony.
Sure, Ridge would give a guy a black eye for the things Bill has done, but kill him? At the end of the day, you feel that Ridge wouldn’t commit the ultimate crime — taking someone’s life.
Actions Have Consequences
Whether Ridge pushed Bill off intentionally or not remains to be seen. But the guy might want to be worried for a few reasons. Accident or not, Ridge could be held accountable since he and Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) showed up at Bill’s house ready to rumble.
Bill’s been known to lie before about Ridge hurting him (remember the shooting?), but that could actually work in Ridge’s favor. Bill’s already lied about him once. Why wouldn’t he do it again?
