Did Eric Forgive Quinn Too Easily on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Looks like Wyatt won’t have to choose whether or not to spend the holidays with his mother or his stepfather as Quinn and Eric have reconciled on The Bold and the Beautiful. Viewers who were expecting the duo to split for good or take longer to reconcile were surprised, hopefully, happily!

A BB tradition is the Forrester clan and their friends and (sometimes) foes gathering at the mansion as Eric (John McCook) tickles the ivories. Now, that tradition may take place. While 64% of you feel that Eric forgave too quickly, the man does have a history of that behavior.

He made peace with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) even though she was unfaithful during their first marriage. Also, Eric supported Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) after she popped up a few years ago. He defended her in the Forrester mansion — the very place where a gun-toting Sheila shot both Taylor (Hunter Tylo) and Brooke.

As far as his late wife Stephanie goes, Eric forgave her for keeping the secret that their comatose daughter Angela was alive and living in a home in Santa Monica, faking having a heart attack to push Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Hunter Tylo) back together, and kneeing him in the privates (ouch!) after she learned he kept from her that she was Forrester Creations’ true owner. What’s a phony text and pushing Shauna (Denise Richards) into Ridge’s arms after all that?

Eric and Quinn Reunited And It Feels So Good

The rest of you, nearly 36%, say that you’re glad Eric took Quinn back when he did. Quinn put her heart on her sleeve, promising Eric that she has indeed changed and regrets what she did. She shared that her insecurities got the best of her and she’d never do it again. He is a man in love and took her at her word.

Unlike other couples on the show, at least Quinn and Eric don’t have secrets between them. Of course, time will tell if Quinn reverts to her wicked ways.
