Will has been through the wringer on The Bold and the Beautiful. His relationship with Electra ended after Ivy manipulated their fraught situation. Then he tried to quit his job at Forrester Creations, only for Steffy to fight to keep him. But her family members feel differently. RJ wants Will fired, while Ridge wants him to prove his loyalty to their company amid the fashion wars. Will’s second chance could already be on shaky ground.

Key Takeaways

Will’s Loyalty Is Tested

RJ (Brayan Nicoletti) came in hot on Monday’s episode. He ordered Will (Crew Morrow) out of the building. He accused his parents of using his grandfather’s designs for their debut collection.

Will claimed to know nothing about the drama that had transpired. RJ accused him of being a corporate spy. He has a feeling that Will’s in on it, too. Will argued that his mom loves Eric (John McCook), and RJ reminded him that Katie (Heather Tom) is his aunt.

Will defended himself and told RJ that he wouldn’t be bullied out of the company. When Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) walked into their heated confrontation, RJ told his father that he wanted Will fired for being a spy, even though he had no solid proof. (What’s the scoop behind RJ and Will’s rivalry?).

Can He Take the Heat?

Will had one Forrester on his side, and that was Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). She begged Will to stay, despite the drama brewing among their families. She could tell that he was a hard worker, which is hard to find.

Now that Will’s gotten a second chance, he will have to prove that he’s faithful and loyal to Forrester Creations. Ridge was willing to listen to Will’s opinion. He wanted to see if he could prove himself, especially since he knows how his daughter feels about him.

Will admitted he doesn’t support what his parents did and wouldn’t be surprised if Ridge fired him, too. But he made it clear that he was not involved in their design drama. In the meantime, Ridge gave him a long look as he thought about what he said.

Now, he will decide whether he should listen to the co-CEO or the golden boy. But Will could jeopardize it all if he lets RJ get to his head. He could fight him, which could lead to his subsequent firing. Right now, the odds are stacked against Will, and it’s not looking good.
