This week’s The Bold and the Beautiful episodes featured a fashion show. The House of Forrester is finally here, and we’re loving the couture brand. But there was something else behind the scenes. Brooke and Ridge’s time in Portofino was also heavily featured, and we can’t stop thinking about it.
Showstopping Moment
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric (John McCook) cooked something for the showstopper. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was unaware, even though he was responsible for the collection. Eric wanted to have control of the showstopper, which was sure to turn heads.
Brooke’s feelings for Ridge inspired the matriarch. She confessed to Erik that she still missed him. Also, she found it hard to work at Forrester Creations since they were no longer together. On top of that, she had to watch Ridge and Taylor (Rebecca Budig) kiss in front of her.
Eric brought up the time Brooke and Ridge reconnected in Portofino. He can’t forget the jaw-dropping white gown she wore. Brooke didn’t walk down the runway; she arrived in grand style on a gondola. We had to look back at this romantic moment in B&B history.

A Look Back
Now, let’s look back to what happened in Portofino in 2003. There was a showdown between Eric and Ridge, but Brooke was the star of the show. She was also the gleam in Ridge’s eye. The Portofino Fashion Challenge closed out with a boat sailing in the distance. Brooke stood on the boat in a white gown and veil with sparkling jewels as Josh Groban’s “To Where You Are” played.
Ridge smiled as the boat approached the dock. He applauded loudly for his Logan. The two reconnected shortly after. But it was a short lived reunion for Bridge. Ridge and Brooke shared a somber kiss as they celebrated their last day together in Portofino. The couple was aware that things would change once they returned to Los Angeles.
During the House of Forrester fashion show, Ridge was taken back to that moment in time. He smiled as he saw Brooke in that same white dress again. The two held hands as they closed out the show? Does this mean we’re returning to Bridge soon? Or, will their time be cut short once again? (Find out how Nick’s return could ruin Bridge’s moment.)
