Nick Marone is back on The Bold and the Beautiful, and boy, is he sailing straight into trouble. The rugged captain dropped anchor in Los Angeles with one thing on his mind – Brooke Logan. He wants her. He always has. But here’s the kicker, Brooke doesn’t want Nick. She wants Ridge. And Ridge? Well, he wants Taylor…. Well, until he saw Brooke with Nick, that is. That’s when the petty playboy’s jealousy flares up like a Forrester fashion scandal.
Nick’s Love Boat Might Just Be a Raft
And Brooke? Oh, she sees it. She’s feeding it. She’s practically serving Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) a jealousy buffet, and Nick (Jack Wagner) is the poor fool serving hors d’oeuvres. While Nick’s busy trying to rekindle an old flame, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is busy stoking a very different fire – the one inside Ridge. It’s not love she’s looking for from Nick, it’s leverage. And he’s just the right tool to make Ridge come crawling.

All Aboard the Heartbreak Express
You can almost hear Brooke’s inner monologue: “Let Nick wine and dine me, let Ridge seethe, and then… bam! Ridge will be begging me to take him back.” Classic Brooke. She knows Ridge can’t stand to see her with another man, especially a man who once gave him a run for his money.
So where does this leave poor Nick? On the deck of yet another heartbreak cruise. When Brooke inevitably drops him like last season’s hemline, will he quietly set sail again? Or will this time be different? Maybe this version of Nick doesn’t go quietly. Maybe he plays the game, gets even, and causes a few waves of his own.

We can’t forget about Taylor (Rebecca Budig). If this little scheme comes to fruition, she’ll lose the man she’s loved practically her whole adult life. That sweet lady pined so hard for Ridge she caused herself heart issues. We can only imagine the terrible levels of mourning that will be coming her way. Oh, and the revenge plot. Taylor and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will definitely make Logan pay for this one!
Either way, someone’s getting burned. And if Brooke’s not careful, it might just be her. Because love triangles on B&B are never smooth sailing—and using a man like Nick? That might be the kind of storm even Brooke can’t navigate.
