Key Takeaways

  • Electra knocks Luna off her high horse
  • Carter convinces Ridge to bring back Hope For The Future
  • Hope and Carter split
  • News of Luna being alive spreads

This week, The Bold and the Beautiful brought us several long-overdue moments. The smackdown, the revival of a once-dead fashion line, and a spit we saw coming a mile away were all set up perfectly. It was a week that featured a balance between the baby Spencer drama and more of the other relationships on B&B.

Electra Puts Luna in Her Place

After hearing what Will (Crew Morrow) had to say, Electra (Laneya Grace) went to the Spencer home with him. She wasn’t interested in hearing Luna (Lisa Yamada). Things got incredibly tense between the two as Luna continued to taunt the Forrester cousin. In what was a long-time coming, Electra slapped her. She sent her to the ground, and the women were poised to fight it out, but Will wouldn’t let it happen. He should have, but didn’t.

Carter Gets Hope’s Dream Back

After killing Hope For The Future months ago, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) managed to get Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to reinstate the line. While Hope (Annika Noelle) is trying to decide whether she wants to move forward with Carter or return to Liam (Scott Clifton), he dropped the big news on her. He was able to get HFTF back. Hope’s dream line is back in business at Forrester.

Carter and Hope End Things

Following the HFTF line revival news, Carter realized Hope wanted to be there for Liam and Beth (Jordyn Lynn Ariza). The couple ended their engagement, with tears in their eyes. He hoped to marry her then and there at Forrester, but it was clear Hope wasn’t in it with him. He took off her ring, and they parted ways. The split left things open for a Carter and Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) romance, as well as the reunion of Lope.

News of Luna’s Actions Spread

After only a few people knew that Luna was alive, the news spread this week on B&B. Electra told Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), and Katie (Heather Tom) filled Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge in. Li (Naomi Matsuda) confronted Luna at Bill’s (Don Diamont) house.
