Is Poppy Playing Finn On January 30 Bold and the Beautiful?

Poppy made a declaration on the Thursday, January 30 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. She told Finn that he was not Luna’s father. However, she could be playing him for a fool.

The Daddy Drama Continues

Thursday’s episode picked up where we last left off. Poppy (Romy Park) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) talked about the one night they shared together. Finn was 18 years old and about to head off to college. The two caved into their desires and slept together. They never spoke again until decades later. Despite their shocking affair, Finn still sees Poppy as an “Aunt.”

B&B fans found out that Finn has been holding onto a 20-year secret. He had concerns about whether he was Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) father. This isn’t the first time they had this conversation. Finn brought it up in the past. But Poppy claimed that he wasn’t Luna’s biological dad. What’s strange about this situation is that Poppy won’t say who the father is. It’s like she doesn’t care. Or maybe she doesn’t know, which is fine. But she should at least know who the father is for the sake of her daughter. It already drove her to the brink of insanity.

What’s the Secrecy?

At the end of Thursday’s episode, Poppy lost her cool. Tears streamed down her face as she told Finn that he was not Luna’s father. She looked into his eyes. But is she telling the truth? It seems like she knows who the father is. You can tell that the truth is eating her up inside. This situation has been stressing out Finn as well. He has every right to know the truth.

So, what’s the big secret? Why won’t Poppy reveal who Luna’s father is? Does she feel guilt or shame about it? If so, that would suggest that Finn IS the father, considering he’s Li’s (Naomi Matsuda) son. Li’s head would explode if this theory turned out to be true. Poppy needs to end this daddy drama. She needs to be honest with Finn. Finn should also channel his inner Li by taking a paternity test. Maybe that would put his mind at ease… Or maybe not, if he turns out to be Luna’s father.
