Steffy might need to go back to the drawing board.
Steffy is confident that her plan will work. However, there’s a chance it might not, and this apparent hole in her plan raises an important question on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shared the details of her plan with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric (John McCook). She told them that she enlisted the help of Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire). Not only does she have the best nose in France, but she’s also the most charming woman alive.
Daphne is ready to seduce Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). She will tear him away from Hope (Annika Noelle). However, this plan might not work out the way that Steffy expected. It would blow up in her face since she didn’t think it through.
Steffy’s plan doesn’t reveal how she’ll get the company. Will Daphne convince Carter to give back Forrester Creations while they’re in the heat of the moment? What if he falls in love with her and refuses to give back the company to the Forresters? He could convince Daphne to take over the company with him.
That would still leave the Forresters out of their own company. The problem with Steffy’s plan is that she didn’t explain how she plans to get back their company. Hope and Carter could end up fighting over the company amongst themselves. Steffy can’t acquire the company unless she does something to the LLC papers. Or, she would have to get a lawyer involved, which is what she should’ve done in the first place.

This brings us to our next point. The Forresters should’ve consulted with a different lawyer, especially if they didn’t like what Justin (Aaron D. Spears) shared with them. He said they could do nothing about it since Carter signed and filed the paperwork. The Forresters could’ve hired the best lawyer in Los Angeles to take down Carter and Hope. We would love to see that.
