The fallout from Luna’s death is beginning on The Bold and the Beautiful. Two people who are impacted by her demise is her parents Finn and Poppy. The grief over losing their daughter could have the pair falling back into old habits.
Rekindling The Flame
Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) death has garnered different reactions among her family. Finn (Tanner Novlan) is conflicted, while Poppy (Romy Park) seems happy that her daughter is gone.
Luna’s crimes, especially those against Finn’s wife Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was enough to have everyone turn on her. Although she was a terrible person, she was also a tortured soul who deserved better.
While Finn and Poppy might have turned against Luna, she was their daughter, and they loved her. Once the reality sets in that Luna is actually gone, their grief will begin.

Finn and Poppy will have to discuss Luna’s life and death. Although Finn was angry at Poppy for hiding Luna’s paternity, he knows that she’s hurting too. Poppy’s always been defensive about her parenting skills, but Luna’s passing will have her imagining how things could’ve been different. With Finn and Poppy comforting each other, this could lead to old sparks reigniting.
The couple’s past relationship is controversial because Finn is Poppy’s adopted nephew. However, the two talked about how they had a special connection, and Poppy called it beautiful. Their grief over Luna is bound to bring back memories, and things getting physical between the couple.
Finn and Poppy rekindling their affair all these years later would send tongues wagging. Li (Naomi Matsuda) won’t be happy, and neither will Steffy. Finn’s always been a loyal husband to Steffy, so him cheating on her would be shocking. But not as shocking as his and Poppy’s relationship.
