Katie is facing a big parenting crisis on The Bold and the Beautiful. After Will confessed to what happened at his party, Katie’s mama mode came out. However, her parenting advice is coming under fire.
Forget And Move On
Will (Crew Morrow) is haunted by his drunken night with a masked mystery woman. The young Spencer thought it was his girlfriend, Electra (Laneya Grace), returning for a night of passion. However, Will was shocked when Electra said she didn’t return.
Now the guilt of possibly betraying Electra is weighing on him. Needing someone to confide in, he turned to Katie (Heather Tom). Will confessed all he could remember from the night, and Katie’s reaction was surprisingly calm. But then Katie became angry as she realized someone had taken advantage of her son. As Will debated what to do, Katie suggested not telling Electra and forgetting about the mystery woman.
Katie’s advice is being met with criticism from B&B fans.
Telling Will to forget about that night is easier said than done. It’s already wreaking havoc as he tries to piece together what happened and find out the woman’s identity. It’ll cause more trouble once he finally learns that the girl was none other than Luna (Lisa Yamada).
As for not confessing to Electra, that’s another questionable piece of advice from Katie. Katie knows what it’s like to be cheated on and have everyone keep it a secret. There were countless times when she had her heart broken by Bill’s (Don Diamont) infidelity. Katie has usually been someone who speaks about the importance of honesty. So, one would assume, she’d encourage Will to confess to Electra.
Although Will didn’t technically cheat on Electra, she still has a right to the truth. Unfortunately, Electra will learn it the hard way when Luna reveals all about her and Will’s night together.
