Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?
Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles? Are any well remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join The Bold and the Beautiful fold in surprise new parts?
Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.
The week of November 27, 2017
Ingo Rademacher makes his first appearance as Thorne Forrester on Monday, November 27. The daytime vet is best known for his role as Jasper “Jax” Jacks on General Hospital.
Rademacher is the fourth actor to take on the character. He replaces Winsor Harmon, who played Thorne from 1996 to 20016, and had been recurring in recent years.
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Deacon’s (Sean Kanan) daughter is heading back to town. Daytime newcomer Annika Noelle will be tackling the role of Hope Logan, last portrayed by the popular Kim Matula (2010 to 2014).
When last mentioned, the character had been living in Paris. Noelle’s credits include stints in the movies Jersey Boys, Evan’s Crime, and Love’s Christmas Journey. She’s slated to begin airing in January.
