Carter Faces His First Crisis as CEO on Bold and the Beautiful

Carter is the new Forrester Creations CEO on The Bold and the Beautiful. His takeover scheme succeeded, and he’s ready to take charge of the company. However, a crisis will test Carter’s leadership skills.

Forrester Creations Loses Top Employees

Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) proved his love and dedication to Hope (Annika Noelle) by taking over Forrester Creations. After the heartache over being fired and losing her line, Carter was determined to help her. When the Forresters wouldn’t listen to reasoning, he and Hope decided it was time to shake things up. With Carter in charge, there will be many changes in the company, some that he won’t expect.

During Carter’s recent confrontation with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), he said he wants Ridge to stay on as lead designer. If Carter thinks Ridge will work for someone who stole his family’s company, he’s in for a shock.

Carter’s betrayal destroyed his friendship with Ridge and the Forresters. Ridge is angry that Carter chose Hope over the Forresters, and he won’t stay as long as Hope is at the company. But Ridge isn’t the only designer who’ll be leaving.

Walk Out!

Upcoming B&B spoilers reveal that Zende (Delon de Metz) will walk out after learning of Hope and Carter’s betrayal. Zende is a designer on Hope for the Future, and his departure could result in Hope losing her line again. With Ridge and Zende leaving, the only other designer left is RJ (Joshua Hoffman), but he’s MIA.

Carter wants to relaunch the Hope for the Future line while keeping Brooke’s Bedroom and couture lines. But it will be hard when they don’t have any designers. Carter will either have to play nice to convince Ridge and Zende to return, which seems unlikely to happen. Or he’ll have to hire new designers. But will they have the same talent as the Forresters?
