There have been online rumors that Courtney Hope is exiting The Bold and the Beautiful. While they haven’t been confirmed, there are certain factors that are fueling the flame.
Recently, Hope, who plays Sally Spectra, the great-niece of the original Sally (played by the late Darlene Conley), posted on Twitter a thank you to her fans, expressing a desire to continue to play Sally.
Last fall, the show wrote a story in which Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) blew up Spectra Fashions, removing Sally’s regular set. While Sally and Liam (Scott Clifton) shared a kiss in the aftermath, which set off potentially a whole new story, Liam’s love life has become more complicated with the return of Hope, played by newcomer Annika Noelle.
And, now, there’s news that Pierson Fodé is returning as Thomas Forrester. Is he coming back to take Sally away? Or will Thomas’s return spark jealousy in Liam, causing him to admit he has feelings for the fiery redhead?
Things can and always have changed quickly in the soap opera world. Perhaps Spectra Fashions will take over a new workspace and the upstart “have not” Spectra gang, led by Sally, will continue to fight for their place in the fashion world! And Sally will keep fighting to have romance in her life! Stay tuned!
The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
I’ve really enjoyed bringing Sally Spectra to life. I hope to continue to be able to do so for as long as possible.
Thanks for the continued support, I love you all.❤️
