The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, January 26 promise a day when Thomas takes a stand, and Quinn makes a shocking offer to Ridge.

Thomas Rages Over Steffy’s New Gig!
While Thomas (Pierson Fode) may be proud of his little sister, he’s angry he wasn’t in the running to become head of the company.

He’s older and by all rights should be the next in line! There’s no reason Steffy should be in the position when he works just as hard! He wants to know why he wasn’t even a consideration!

Is Steffy In Danger?
Of course, Thomas has no idea why Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) really got the job. It has less to do with her professionalism, and more about her husband. It was just a scam to get the couple back together.

Steffy better be on her toes because now that the divorce is final, Quinn may have no use for her anymore!

Quinn Has Plans for Ridge!
Meanwhile, after talking with Eric (John McCook), Quinn hand delivers some stunning news to Ridge. She and Eric have big plans.

It’s time for Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to rise to the top. While all this sounds fine and good, Ridge has to wonder if the only reason she’s giving him this chance is that they share a secret that could ruin her marriage.

Secrets Keep People In Line!
Unfortunately, their passionate moment is one that could take Ridge down too. If Eric ever finds out his son tried to seduce his blushing bride, there’s no way he’ll ever forgive and forget. Just like Quinn (Rena Sofer), Ridge has a lot of reasons to keep quiet.
