The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, December 14 promise a day where Steffy chooses her future, and Eric makes a shocking demand!
Steffy Gives Eric Her Answer!
Deciding whether or not to take the top spot at Forrester Creations was weighing heavily on Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

However, Eric knows he’s the man in charge. Unlike last time, he’s not going to put up with anyone going against his wishes. If they don’t like the direction he’s taking the company, then they can pack their things and go.
The Family Patriarch Demands Unity!
Eric demands his family put their differences aside and get down to business. The Forresters need to start working as a team despite their feelings.
If there isn’t unity in the office, he’ll start making more changes until he has a team of people who will gladly run the company that alligns with his vision and follows each and every one of his wishes. Sounds like he’s got a little dictatorship happening at Forrester Creations!
