The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Tuesday, May 30, reveal Thomas making a gallant attempt to arrange a reconciliation between the conflicted Spectra sisters, and Katie threatening vengeance when Quinn stands in the way of her career goals.
Quinn Can’t Win!
Let’s think about all the things Quinn (Rena Sofer) has that Katie (Heather Tom) doesn’t:
* Eric: Eric (John McCook) may consider Katie a part of his family, and is always happy to have her over for tea or write a preschool recommendation for her kid. But he is married — and thoroughly besotted to the point of stupidity — by Quinn.
* Ridge: Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Katie were engaged for a couple of seconds. But it wasn’t long before he was back in love with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Long), not giving her little sister a second thought.
Ridge is still in love with Brooke (despite her marriage to Bill), but he also continues to seem bewitched by Quinn — the woman who accidentally broke up Ridge’s engagement to Brooke in the first place.
* Spencer Sons: Sure, Katie and Quinn both have sons by Bill (Don Diamont). But while Katie’s currently needs outside help just to get into preschool, Quinn’s son, Wyatt has a position of power at Spencer Publications. He may not be the favorite child — that’s Liam — but he’s not an easily overlooked toddler, either.
