The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Wednesday April 5 dip back into the past, while offering a potential window into the present, as Ridge goes back to his favorite well, and Katie unleashes a rarely seen side to her personality.
Fighting Fire With Fire
When viewers first met Katie, she was sweet and shy and insecure (and played by a different actress). Your typical soap-opera ingenue who thinks she’s hideous because she’s drop dead gorgeous… but has a pimple.
In Katie’s (Heather Tom) case, it was several pimples.
And she’s used that childhood trauma ever since to justify her low self-esteem and woe-is-me, everyone always loves my sisters more attitude.
Well, it looks like the caterpillar is ready to come out of her cocoon and emerge as a bitch ready to give Quinn a run for her money. And we couldn’t approve more!
Katie’s got a secret! She holds the power to ruin Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) life and maybe even snare Eric (John McCook) for herself — just like Quinn always suspected.
Katie teases and taunts her nemesis, making Quinn wonder what she’ll do next. An unhinged Katie sure beats a sobby Katie drinking from broken glassware. Let the metamorphosis begin!
Marry Me a Little
Ridge confesses his mistake to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and pleads with her to forgive him.
Hmmm… Doesn’t this sound somewhat familiar? Haven’t we heard it all once or twice or a dozen times? We are so past fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me territory, here..
