The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Friday May 12 predict a seismic shift at Forrester Creations, as Zende is offered the chance to move up in the world, and Thomas risks being sent down after Bill fills Ridge in on his oldest son’s latest actions.
Son-Rise/Son-Set
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Thomas have definitely had ups and downs in their father/son relationship.
First there was Ridge’s endless waffling between Thomas’s mother, Taylor (Hunter Tylo), and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), meaning that Ridge was gone for large swaths of Thomas’s childhood, making romantic gestures in far-flung places.
Then there was the little misunderstanding wherein Thomas (Pierson Fodé) slept with his dad’s fiancée (hey, they were on a break!), Caroline and, whoops, fathered her baby, the truth about only came out after Caroline and Ridge were married.
Ridge was most displeased with his son about that, going so far as to banish him to the European office of Forrester.
But that was merely personal stuff. How will Ridge react when he learns that Thomas also screwed him on something truly important — business?
You know whatever his reaction is, Bill (Don Diamont) is going to be delighted to be there to see it. Why else do you think he came running to spill the beans about Thomas and Spectra?

The setup was perfect. Spectra is going under for lack of cash and credibility, while meanwhile, over at Forrester, Zende (Rome Flynn), out of nowhere, decides his goal in life has always been to become a designer, then throws a hissy-fit when he isn’t instantly given his own line.
Zende is drinking his troubles away when who should come up but CJ (Mick Cain), who suddenly starts talking to this near-stranger, and ends with a variation of, “Wanna buy a fashion house?”
I mean, come on? Who couldn’t predict what would happen next?
Except, it didn’t. Instead of buying out Spectra, Zende is offered an opportunity at Forrester Creations. Did the Bells just play the audience, big time?
