The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Permission To Bring Baby Aboard!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, January 16 features the life, ‘death,’ and adoption of baby Beth.

A Doting Daddy
Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) got a nice surprise when Will dropped by the office. His son couldn’t wait to show his dad his hundred dollar bill paper plane and his business savvy. He’s just a child but already on the road to being his father’s protege.

The visit took an awkward turn when Will asked about their family. He misses the old times when he spent time with both his parents and worried he’ll never get those days again. Poor Bill was at a loss for words.

Unnecessary Suffering
Over at the cabin, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Sally (Courtney Hope) paid a visit to Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Annika Noelle). Beth’s tragic death brought up old feelings for Wyatt. He and Hope lost their child all those years ago and now she’s suffering the same fate again. It’s just not fair.

Little do they realize how not fair this situation really is.

Steffy Proceeds With Caution
Reese (Wayne Brady) and Flo (Katrina Bowden) finalized their plans to get this adoption underway. She doesn’t know all the details, but Flo refused to let that stop her from lining her pockets.

Now it’s all up to Taylor (Hunter Tylo) to convince her daughter. She’s a proud grandma and can’t wait to expand her little family.

To her credit, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wanted to do this all the right way. She refused to even entertain the idea of another baby without talking to Liam first. His loss weighs heavily on her shoulders and she simply can’t do it if it’ll tear him, or Hope, apart.

Liam was startled by the news but offered his full support. They both want Kelly to have a sibling close in age. He even agreed to meet the baby, especially after hearing about Taylor’s premonition that this child was destined to be Kelly’s sister.
