The Bold and the Beautiful Recap (BB): Wyatt to Katie – IT’S OVER!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Monday, February 12 features a swift end to a fan favorite relationship.

Marital Bliss
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lan) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) basked in their honeymoon glow. The happy couple is over the moon and so is their youngest son. RJ (Anthony Turpel) couldn’t be prouder of his parents – they give him hope for true love.

Of course, Brooke got all the assurance she needed from Stephanie and tells Ridge about her ghostly encounter. His mother wasn’t there in person but her spirit gave them a blessing unlike any other.

Wyatt Dumped Katie
Over at Katie’s things heated up between the secret lovers–and not in a good way. While they were supposed to be casual, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) couldn’t get past Katie kissing another man. However, instead of starting a fight, Wyatt did the gentlemanly thing and used other excuses to break it off.

Things are just too complicated for Wyatt to go on like this. There’s no future for them, as they both know how Bill (Don Diamont) will react. It’s a sad reason but at least it’s one Katie understands.

It was a rough day for the hot non-couple. Walking away hurt Wyatt and watching him leave brought a tear to Katie’s eye.

Thorne Plotted His Next Move
Breaking up with Wyatt may not be the worst thing for dear Katie. It seems Wyatt wasn’t the only one who saw the kiss and Maya (Karla Mosley) asked Thorne all the right questions. The smooch was a long time coming and he told Maya all about his changing feelings for the girl next door.

Thorne’s now ready and waiting in the wings or his chance. Katie is something special and he vows to win her heart.
