Is Liam’s dance card about to get even more full on The Bold and the Beautiful (BB)? His former love, Hope, Brooke and Deacon’s daughter, is returning to Los Angeles!
Soap Opera Digest reports in its December 4 issue that actress Annika Noelle has been cast in the role of Hope. She’ll begin airing in early January.
Hope 0f The Future
Noelle may be a newcomer to network daytime, but she does have some soap opera experience. Her credits include the role of Sami Nelson on the Crystal Chappell-produced web series Venice.
The actress is also a singer, too, having sung on Venice and on the soundtrack for the film Jersey Boys in which she appeared as the character of “Nick’s date.”
Liam’s Love
It’s interesting that B&B would bring Hope back now as he has two love interests — Sally and Steffy. Viewers recall that she and Liam were star-crossed lovers whom Quinn (Rena Sofer) actively worked at keeping apart so that Hope would be free for her son Wyatt (Darin Brooks).
Perhaps it’s Quinn who’ll be bringing Hope home to break up Katie (Heather Tom) and Wyatt? But Quinn would be choosing the wrong woman for that part as Hope loved Liam more than she loved Wyatt.
Blondes Have More Fun
No word yet on if Noelle, who appears to be a brunette in her photos, will dye her hair blonde to match her predecessor’s looks. The show could ask the actress to initially color her hair to a lighter shade, and then, as viewers get used to her, have her revert back to a darker color. Stay tuned!
