The secret is out on The Bold and the Beautiful. On Friday’s cliffhanger, Electra learned that Ivy stole her letter to Will. While Daphne didn’t directly rat her out, she did advise Electra to speak to her aunt. Ashleigh Brewer teased that Daphne could face consequences for her actions.

Key Takeaways

  • Daphne advised Electra to speak to Ivy about what happened to her letter.
  • Electra confronted Ivy about it, to which she confessed.
  • Ashleigh Bewer addressed the fallout of Daphne’s actions.

Daphne Spilled the Beans

She couldn’t hold it in any longer. Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) encouraged Electra (Laneya Grace) to speak to her aunt Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) about what really happened to her relationship with Will (Crew Morrow). Electra was still confused about how they fell apart.

Daphne loved seeing Will and Electra together. And it bothered her that Electra was in pain. She couldn’t sit back and watch their love unravel. Daphne’s instinct was to consult Electra, even though Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) told her to stay out of it.

Daphne didn’t directly call out Ivy. She only hinted that Ivy seemingly intercepted Electra’s letter to Will. This revelation left Electra to put the pieces of that day together, from the moment when Ivy told her to go for R.J. (Brayan Nicoletti). Electra finally confronted her aunt, who confessed to everything.

The Potential Fallout For Daphne

In an interview with Soaps.com, Brewer teased what could happen next. Daphne’s not going to get away with this. Ivy’s portrayer admitted that what she was about to say would sound “controversial,” but she felt that Daphne shouldn’t have interfered in Electra and Ivy’s situation.

“Daphne should be careful interfering with family business, period,” Brewer noted. “Ivy is a Forrester through and through.” Forresters do have the upper hand since they run Forrester Creations.

But who would Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) side with? Would she support her BFF Daphne? Or would she side with Ivy, despite their complicated history? Brewer wants Ivy to “throw her weight” around more.

“Who does Daphne even think she is? Isn’t she just an employee of the brand? Make it make sense,” Brewer added. She noted that Ivy could have leverage over Daphne. It’s not about seniority; it’s about familiarity. In the end, Ivy could win because she’s a Forrester.

Ivy Refuses to Back Down, Despite the Risks

Ivy doesn’t regret what she did. This week, she doubles down and admits that she would do it again. Brewer admitted that Ivy’s actions were the result of “heartache at the hands of the Spencer men.

This doesn’t mean she’ll get away with what she did. Electra is likely to chew her out for lying to her. The actress said that while Ivy “has completely lost sight of the damage she herself may actually cause,” she could get a harsh wake-up call.
