Ah, young love. On The Bold and the Beautiful, that usually means a love triangle. Liam/Hope/Wyatt. Liam/Steffy/Wyatt. Zende/Nicole/The baby she’s carrying for her sister and brother-in-law….
OK, Sasha (Felisha Cooper) was in the mix, too, but it all started because Nicole (Reign Edwards) got manipulated and guilt-tripped into being a surrogate for Maya (Karla Mosley) and Rick (Jacob Young).
Zende (Rome Flynn) played the nice guy for as long as he could. Which didn’t turn out to be all that long. Considering how easily she chose her sister, and how quickly he jumped into bed with Sasha, are we really supposed to believe this couple is meant to be? Here’s what over 4000 viewers had to say.
Love Lift Us Up Where We Belong
Sure, fidelity isn’t either of their strong-points. But maybe it’s something in the Los Angeles water. No one these kids know has ever been loyal to a loved one, either in business or in person.
They don’t have any role-models. In that sense, they’re no worse off than Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), who break up and make up with the regularity of a Timex. It’s thirty years and counting for BB’s signature couple, and 73% of you think Zende and Nicole have what it takes to match their record.
Quitting Time
At least with all those other B&B triangles, there was a third party involved. Before Sasha came along, Nicole and Zende’s problems were of their own making.
That doesn’t speak to dedication or long-haul potential to 19% of voters. You think these kids should cut their loses and move on, find a new person… or two.
Too Early To Tell
Nicole and Zende don’t have a single wedding under their belts yet. That means it’s way too soon to judge if they’re just a one-shot wonder, or star-crossed, on-again/off-again for the ages. Give it some time, 8% ask, before they’re forced to decide one way or the other.
