Bold and the Beautiful Alum Bobbie Eakes Pays A Special Visit to the Set

Bobbie Eakes is famous for her role as Macy on The Bold and the Beautiful. The star played the singing heroine from 1989 to 2000, then again from 2002 to 2003. It’s been two decades since Eakes has been on set, but she recently paid a surprise visit to the show.

On Sunday, December 1st, Eakes posted an Instagram video of her on set of the Forrester mansion. Anytime a former star is spotted on set, fans get excited about a possible return.

Unfortunately for B&B fans, Eakes won’t be reprising her role as Macy.

The actress was on set to promote an upcoming holiday concert with musician Kees de Bever. Kees was excited to be in the Forrester mansion as he announced Eakes as one of the performers. The “The Beavers Celebrate Christmas in Ahoy” event takes place on December 14th and 15th. Kees and Eakes made the announcement official by signing a contract in a Forrester Creations folder.

Eakes expressed her joy at participating in the event and returning to Rotterdam. As for the type of music she’ll sing, Eakes joked that she, Kees, and Jeffrey Schenk could do disco. The actress then hinted she’ll be doing some holiday classics.

“The easiest Christmas song ever,” the singer replied when Kees asked what she’d sing. “I’ll do my best. I’m not Mariah Carey, but I will do my best.”

It’s been a busy holiday season for Eakes with her concert and her new movie. Recently, the actress co-starred with Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Chenoweth in the Netflix film Our Little Secret.

Although Eakes has her music and other TV and film projects, she’s open to returning to her soap opera roots. Who knows, maybe one day, her next set visit will be for Macy’s return.
