47TH ANNUAL DAYTIME EMMY WINNER: Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama Series

The 47th Annual Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series goes to Heather Tom, who plays Katie Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful. This was the third lead actress win for Tom.

The actress played out an intense story last year when Katie needed a kidney transplant and thought she would die until Flo came through as a miracle donor. Soap Hub congratulates Tom on taking home the Emmy gold.
