Soap Hub is giving the latest casting coup by the Hallmark Channel a ’10’ on the Abby scale! The network has cast a Knots Landing favorite in a new movie!
Donna Mills, beloved as Abby Ewing on Knots Landing, is set to star in Christmas Wishes & Mistletoe Kisses set to premiere later this year on Hallmark Channel.
The actress, also known to General Hospital fans for her Emmy-winning run as duplicitous Madeline Reeves, will play Caroline, the mother of Nick (Matthew Davis), who’s paired romantically with Abbey (Jill Wagner).
In the film, single mom Abbey, after being supported by pals, decides to go for a career in interior design. Nick employs Abbey to decorate his estate, but Abbey has to break down some emotional walls before she can accomplish her goals. And with the holidays approaching, the clock is ticking!
This isn’t Mills’ debut with Hallmark. She previously appeared in the 2015 Hallmark movie 12 Gifts of Christmas.
