Liam’s (Scott Clifton) condition deteriorated rapidly as his brain began to swell, and Dr. Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) struggled to stabilize his vitals. With time running out, she rushed him into emergency surgery to relieve the pressure. Although the operation was completed, Liam remained in a coma. Dr. Grace Buckingham warned Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that time was of the essence. If Liam didn’t wake up soon, he might never recover. Steffy stayed at his bedside, tearfully pleading with him to fight for his life. Her emotional efforts weren’t in vain; Liam slowly responded, first with small sounds, then by squeezing her hand and finally opening his eyes.
While this was happening, Finn (Tanner Novlan) stayed home with Kelly (Sophia Paras McKinlay), trying to distract her with talk of the upcoming daddy-daughter dance. Despite her cheerful front, Kelly was worried about her parents’ absence. Finn repeatedly tried to reach Steffy, but his calls and texts went unanswered, heightening the tension.
Back at Forrester Creations, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) faced backlash from Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) after firing Hope (Annika Noelle). They reminded him that promises had been made to protect her, but Ridge stood firm in his decision. He believed Hope’s refusal to accept wrongdoing justified her dismissal.
Meanwhile, Hope confided in Deacon (Sean Kanan) at Il Giardino, admitting her lingering feelings for Carter despite feeling betrayed. Deacon, angered by how things had unfolded, decided to confront Carter directly. He stormed into Forrester Creations, catching Carter off guard just as both he and Hope were reflecting on how their love had crumbled into conflict.

At Forrester Creations, Ridge praised Zende (Delon de Metz) and Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) for their impressive work, while Zende turned the spotlight onto Hope, pointing out that she was the only one facing consequences. Ridge and Daphne Rose emphasized the importance of accountability, reminding everyone that Carter and Brooke had owned their mistakes. Hope, however, continued to deflect blame and position herself as a victim. Had she taken responsibility for her actions, things might have turned out differently. But with the damage done, Hope was no longer welcome at the office, and her fashion line had been shelved indefinitely.
Tensions flared across the hall when Deacon confronted Carter. The conversation quickly devolved into a shouting match, with Deacon hurling accusations and Carter trying to explain himself. The situation escalated when Carter made a cutting remark about Deacon being the first man in Hope’s life to let her down. That sent Deacon into a fit of rage, and fists started flying. What began as a war of words turned into an all-out brawl until Daphne Rose stepped in and stopped things before either man could get seriously hurt.
At the Logan home, Brooke was deep in thought about Hope when her daughter arrived and gave her the cold shoulder. Eventually, Hope opened up about her heartbreak over Carter’s betrayal. She had believed they were happy and thought he was her ideal partner. His decision to side with the Forresters shattered that illusion. Brooke confronted Hope with a harsh truth—expecting Carter to give up his entire life for her was unreasonable.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Steffy stayed at Liam’s side as he struggled with memory loss. Grace helped assess his condition, while Finn grew increasingly concerned about the pair’s absence, unaware of Liam’s condition just down the hall.

Tempers flared in the design room as Deacon continued to clash with Carter. Deacon hurled accusations at Carter, blaming him for Hope’s struggles and suggesting he had completely betrayed her. The confrontation grew intense until Daphne Rose stepped in, attempting to de-escalate the situation. However, when Deacon continued his verbal attacks, Daphne Rose stood her ground and kicked him out. Before storming off, Deacon warned Carter to steer clear of him, his restaurant, and most importantly, his daughter.
After Deacon’s exit, Daphne turned her attention to Carter’s wounds, both physical and emotional. She expressed disbelief over Deacon’s cruelty and questioned why Carter should take the blame for Hope’s downfall. Carter admitted he still carried guilt, but Daphne reminded him that Hope had made her own choices. In a moment charged with emotion and tension, Daphne leaned in closer, clearly making a move on him.
Meanwhile, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) spent time bonding with Luna (Lisa Yamada), who confided in her about her crush on Will (Crew Morrow). Sheila listened but urged Luna to focus on repairing family ties, particularly with Finn. Luna felt unworthy of Finn’s love because of her past mistakes, but Sheila dismissed the blame and pointed the finger at Steffy for creating division. Sheila vowed to put an end to Steffy’s interference once and for all.
Over at the hospital, Finn confronted Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) about the decisions that led to Luna’s freedom. He believed Bill acted recklessly, even if his intentions were good. Bill, in turn, revealed his own turmoil, particularly the fallout with Liam, who had severed ties with him.
At the same time, Steffy supported Liam as he recalled the heated confrontation with Bill. When Liam asked her to keep his hospitalization a secret, she reluctantly agreed…but not from her husband. She immediately called Finn and asked him to come.

Steffy remained by Liam’s side, deeply emotional over his brush with death. Although they were no longer romantically involved, their strong bond as co-parents and lifelong friends held firm. Steffy expressed gratitude for his survival and promised her ongoing support for both Liam and their daughter, Kelly. Liam, still recovering, asked for privacy about his condition, especially from his daughters. Finn respected his wishes, though it left him unsettled.
Finn entered and quickly assessed Liam’s situation. Dr. Grace Buckingham informed him that Liam’s condition remained unstable, complicated by his history of head injuries. Meanwhile, Liam voiced his concern to Steffy about letting Kelly down, especially with the upcoming daddy-daughter dance. She reassured him that everything would work out. As fatigue overtook him, Liam asked to rest. Alone with Grace, he pressed for the truth. Unfortunately, she couldn’t offer clear answers. More tests were needed before they could know anything definite, though she emphasized the importance of seeking support – something Liam wasn’t ready to accept.
At the Cliff House, Steffy recounted Liam’s collapse to Finn, explaining how an argument with Bill had escalated and led to the incident. Kelly returned home excited to see her mother, but she quickly grew concerned about Liam’s absence and missing the dance.
Meanwhile, at Il Giardino, Deacon confided in Hope about his altercation with Carter. Though she feared legal trouble, Deacon remained unapologetic. Their conversation shifted to Liam, with Deacon suggesting Hope and Liam still belonged together. Hope admitted her life was better with Liam but questioned whether past pain could be overcome.
Over in the design room, Daphne Rose made a bold move on Carter, who hesitated when she leaned in for a kiss. No problem, Daphne Rose understood. She told him she was willing to wait until he’s ready for more…no matter how long it took. Once alone, Carter sat with himself and reflected on their past with Hope.

Brooke was dressed to impress and expecting a private moment with Ridge. However, her plans were derailed when Taylor (Rebecca Budig) opened the door instead. The two women clashed immediately, with Taylor shutting down Brooke’s hopes by reminding her that Ridge would not be helping with her Bedroom line. Taylor made it clear that Ridge had chosen her, not Brooke, and had no intention of looking back. Brooke was left stunned and insulted, while Taylor confidently walked away, reinforcing her place in Ridge’s life.
Elsewhere at Forrester, Daphne Rose had her own distraction in the form of a shirtless Carter. Their chemistry sizzled, though the moment ended when Carter rushed off to a meeting. Soon after, Taylor dropped by to thank Daphne for her loyalty to Steffy and the family. Their conversation shifted to what was really keeping Daphne in town. She admitted it wasn’t the ocean or the weather, but Carter. She adored his kind nature and felt he deserved better than what he got from Hope. Both women agreed Daphne was a far better match for him.
Carter later returned to the main office and found Brooke emotional after her showdown with Taylor. He offered her comfort and a glass of water, listening as she vented about her heartbreak over Ridge. Carter sympathized, opening up about his pain over losing Hope. He told Brooke they both deserved to follow their hearts and promised they’d each get the love they longed for. What he didn’t realize was Daphne overheard every word and was already making plans to keep Carter all to herself.
Meanwhile, Luna plotted her own seduction. After getting some twisted advice from her grandmother Sheila, she decided to disguise herself and spy on Will. But Luna’s efforts were thwarted when she witnessed Will share a passionate kiss with Electra in the dressing room. She got there just in time to hear Electra turn Will down once again. Obviously, that was her clue to enter the room and offer him something “hot and spicy.”
