Several weeks ago, Soap Hub told you about famed Mexican soap star Pablo Lyle and his fateful trip to Miami Airport with his family.
Lyle punched a man on March 31 identified as Juan Ricardo Hernandez after the man allegedly got out of his car following Lyle’s car cutting him off. The actor’s brother-in-law was the driver.
The man who was punched eventually died and Lyle was charged with battery, but Miami-Dade prosecutors now say the charges could be upgraded to second-degree murder.
Now, a video has surfaced of the incident and was published in the New York Post, which you can see here.
The video shows Hernandez exit his car at a stop light and confront Lyle and his family. It also shows Lyle punch the man after he was walking back to his own car. Hernandez then collapsed and died several days later in the hospital.
“This was about a peaceful man protecting his family,” Lyle’s lawyer, Philip Reizenstein, said after a court hearing. “They were assaulted and attacked without warning or provocation.”
