There’s good news for soap fans of The Good Fight, the CBS All Access series starring Christine Baranski. Two faces familiar to daytime viewers are appearing on the series, which has been recently renewed for a third season.
The Good Fight, a spinoff of the series The Good Wife on CBS, airs on the streaming service CBS All Access. It tells the story of Diane Lockhart (Barankski) and other lawyers as they champion for justice.
Judith Light, a two-time Daytime Emmy winner for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Karen Wolek on One Life to Live and Obba Babatunde, who won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actor for his role as Julius Avant on The Bold and the Beautiful can be seen on the hit legal drama.
Light and Babtunde portray Deidre and Danny Quinn, parents to Cush Jumbo’s character, Quinn, who recently went into labor.
The Good Fight, including the episode featuring Light and Babatunde, can be accessed by subscribing to CBS All Access.
The series, from creators Robert and Michelle King (The Good Wife), stars Baranski, Jumbo, Rose Leslie, Audra McDonald, Sarah Steele, Justin Bartha, Michael Boatman, Nyambi Nyambi and Delroy Lindo.
