I, Sybil the Psychic, love watching couples fall in love on soap operas. What could be better than love in the afternoon, as the gorgeous man sweeps the equally beautiful woman off her feet and into the bedroom? But alas, love doesn’t always last.
In fact, sometimes it just falls completely flat on its face. As the holiday that is synonymous with love approaches, the crystal ball has revealed some couples it thinks will not be in any mood to celebrate its festivities with champagne and strawberries.
The Young and the Restless
While it seems like Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) are on the same page these days, at least when dealing with their children and grandchildren, the crystal ball doesn’t think it will last. I predict that Nikki will tire of her fake marriage and her eyes will stray elsewhere.
General Hospital
Lies, lies, lies – they are the bane of any couple trying to make a life together and they are exactly what could be the undoing of Franco (Roger Howarth) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst). The crystal ball believes these lies will come to light – and they will cast darkness over this engaged couple.
Days of Our Lives
The crystal ball may be rooting for JJ (Casey Moss) and Lani (Sal Stowers) to make it, this lie between them is just too big and it looks like all could be revealed sooner rather than later. If that happens, the chance of Lani getting chocolate and flowers plummets greatly and she’ll have no one to blame but herself.
The Bold and the Beautiful
While the golden couple of Steffy and Liam has already broken up, the crystal ball suspects they won’t be the only ones. Clouds are on the horizon for Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), who think they’re about to be married but the crystal ball believes it won’t happen.
