I met Kristoff St John and walked away encouraged by how generous and kind he was to me, a newcomer in Soaps. I can’t imagine the heaviness those close to him are experiencing. Grateful for his work and all the ways he shared his heart with us through it. #YR

A shocking and incredibly tragic loss of a good man, a wonderful actor, a kind heart. I can only hope his soul has found the rest it longed for, and send his loved ones every bit of compassion and caring at what must be an extremely painful time. #RIPKristoff @YandR_CBS https://t.co/BRGfGyeXhy

When you work together you have inside jokes, hours of standing around bonding with each other, scenes that would be impossible unless you were with people you trusted and cared about. You were the source of so much joy. This world is so much less without you.

Here’s the thing about Kristoff that is so rare: it’s tough to find ANYBODY with a bad word to say another him. He was the one unanimous factor in Genoa City. Everyone loved him. Everyone loved Neil. He was the one of the few unifying elements in daytime.
What a profound loss.

I always enjoyed our talks- he was such a kind soul and a cool cat. And as a father I often wondered how he endured the pain of losing his son. I hope they are joined together again in peace. @kristoffstjohn1
