The publishing empire that is helmed by Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is one of the most successful around, and it’s not because Dollar Bill gets by on his smoldering good looks.
He knows what he wants, and he goes for it without reservations. Currently, he’s doing everything he can to take the building Spectra is in from them. Should be interesting to see what happens next.
