Often fans know soap operas better than soap operas know themselves. It can be tough to beat the creativity in daytime, but loyal fans are obviously up to the challenge.
Soap Hub scoured fans’ comments to roundup some of the wildest theories about soaps right now, and here are some mind-blowing ideas below.
Who’s Your… Momma?
Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) are working on becoming a family again on The Young and the Restless (YR). There’s just one little thing… Sam, Cane’s love child with the late Juliet. However, fans have solved that “issue” once and for all (perhaps, there is the issue of only harvesting 2 of Lily’s eggs, but eggs can split, right?).
On Young and Restless Fans, viewer Claudia Adams writes, “Maybe Hilary’s confession will be, she stole Lily’s egg from the lab for Juliet and all along Juliet was really carrying Lily and Cane’s baby and maybe that’s why she was having all these pregnancy complications.
“It would be a miracle if Sam is Lily’s biological baby. Hint, Lily was a perfect blood match for Sam. . . .Time to fix the Ashby family.”
Patient 7?
Morgan (Bryan Craig) recently appeared on the Ava-centric episode of General Hospital (GH), and fan theories are running wild. They clearly want him back from the dead asap!
Melissa Wilson took to the General Hospital Exclusive group to postulate, “After today’s show, who thinks if Morgan really is alive in a hospital somewhere like Jason and Drew where held against their will?”
The Past Haunts…
In Salem, Steve (Stephen Nichols) isn’t feeling well. Something is wrong, and of course, he’s keeping it from Kayla (Mary Beth Evans).
On Days of Our Lives Exclusive, Tim Sosbe offered up a possibility for Steve’s recent malaise. He wrote, “Lots of talk about who from Steve’s past is poisoning him. One suspect could be Dr. Shah, Jennifer’s date. Reason unsure, but he could be related to someone Steve went up against in the past.”
All In The Family
Sometimes it’s not so much a theory as it is pointing out an awkward truth. On The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has kept things so much in the Forrester family that once again there’s a bit of a strange situation for her son, Rick (Jacob Young).
Fan Bridgette Burke Hall points out the creep factor. “If Ridge and Brooke marry again for the millionth time, Rick will be his brother/son-in-law.”
Sometimes the absolute wildest concepts end up being an even wilder truth on soaps! What are some of your craziest soap opera theories?
