Almost nothing could be more fun than watching your daytime favorites pair up for life (or at least for a while) on your favorite soap, but the delight is even better when they decide to take their soapy love into real life.
Here are some real couples who started on soaps or met on a soap set or who are both on a soap! Check out a few of our favorite younger soap opera real-life couples!
Chad Duell and Courtney Hope
Chad Duell (Michael, GH) is no stranger to dating lovely women from daytime TV. Since 2016, he and soap newcomer Courtney Hope (Sally, BB) have dated. While they’re not co-stars, they certainly have plenty in common and understand each other’s schedules and priorities for work!
These two also share a passion for working out, which you can see in this great Instagram post below.
Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger
Darin Brooks (Wyatt, BB and ex-Max DOOL) and Kelly Kruger (ex-Ava, BB and ex-Mackenzie Browning, YR) worked together on the set of The Bold and the Beautiful.
In fact, this pair even got engaged in Paris, a city that played a central part in their relationship, which began in 2010. Plus, they also filmed on location for work in Paris!
Now, these two love-birds delight fans with creative videos they post on Instagram showing their beautiful love as well as their amazing creativity!
Melissa Ordway and Justin Gaston
This couple met while filming Escapee in 2011, and both Melissa Ordway (Abby, YR) and Justin Gaston (ex-Ben Rogers, DAYS) know what it’s like to create sudsy lives onscreen as well as create a beautiful life together every day since their marriage in Sept. 2012.
These days they’re raising their stunning daughter Olivia, and have chronicled her first year on Instagram, which has enchanted soap fans who adore seeing pictures of their sweetheart.
