Star Wars is a science fiction soap opera in many ways, with continuing threads spanning several movies, books, and video games. But did you know there is a soap opera actor who has appeared in a film that is an offshoot of the Star Wars universe? Which one could it be?
General Hospital (GH)
Kirsten Storms (Maxie) is no stranger to playing the hero, but unfortunately not in the Star Wars universe. The actress did play Zenon in Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century and in its two sequels.
Of course, Maxie does seem to be a heroine in her own right and is certainly the daughter of two longtime heroes in Port Charles – Frisco and Felicia Jones.
The Young and the Restless (YR)
Daniel Hall (Scott) has appeared in many episodes of primetime television, like Mad Men, Graceland, Rizzoli & Isles and Grandfathered, but he has never appeared in any of the Star Wars films.
While Scott certainly shows he has the bravery to be a hero, for the moment he is back in Genoa City, helping out Victor with his biography.
The Bold and the Beautiful (BB)
Rome Flynn (Zende) joined B&B in 2015 and has turned Zende into a heroic figure, sweeping the woman he loves off her feet in a fairytale wedding.
Zende has certainly seen his fare share of dysfunctional family dynamics as the Forresters had a meltdown when Eric married Quinn. But while the actor has appeared on McGuyver, who is a hero in his own way, the actor has not appeared in any production within Star Wars.
Days of Our Lives (DOOL)
Marci Miller’s Abigail has survived so much, she’s certainly worthy of a heroine in the Star Wars universe herself, but the actress has indeed been in an offshoot of the franchise.
She appeared in the short, Rebellion: A Star Wars Story as Ana-Li Zemren, in which she helped a small band of Rebels in stealing the plans from the Empire’s ultimate weapon, the Death Star.
