They say your 40s are the new 30s, but, on daytime, they’re the ones 66% of you want to see most.

Forty hits the sweet spot between been on the canvas long enough to develop a major fan following, while still young enough for love affairs, action adventure, and the ever-popular accidental pregnancy!

Quarter Life Crises
Your 20s is when you figure out who you are, and what — and who — you want.

That kind of soul-searching is always fun, and 16% of the audience prefers to watch them over anyone else.

As an added bonus, twentysomethings are often characters we watched grow up, finally getting past their obnoxious teen years and, at long last, coming into their own.

Fifty-Plus
Fifty is official AARP age, and 14% of the fans prefer the older and wiser crowd. They may not be as front burner as they once were, but they’re also less likely to do stupid, stupid things.

Then again, Victor (John Aniston) is marrying “Adrianne” (Judi Evans) on DAYS, while General Hospital’s Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) and The Young and the Restless’ Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) are still as co-dependently self-destructive as ever…. So there goes that theory.

Teen Trouble
No matter what executive producers believe, only 2% prefer the teens. RJ (Anthony Turpel) and Coco (Courtney Grosbeck) on The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) can make puppy eyes at each other as much as they like.

You still prefer their parents, older siblings, and grandparents… in that order.
