The City of Los Angeles declared September 20th “CBS Daytime Day.” The city honored CBS Daytime, including The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful, thanks to the network’s solid daytime lineup, which ranked number one for the thirtieth consecutive year.
Of the network’s incredible daytime domination Angelica McDaniel, executive vice president, Daytime Programs, CBS Entertainment said, “This winning streak is an incredible source of pride for all of us at CBS. It speaks to three decades of great storytelling from the best creative artists in front of and behind the camera, and the amazing support from a very passionate and loyal fan base.”
