Ladies of the Lake
Soap fans waiting for the new digital series Ladies of the Lake, written by Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Executive Producer Ken Corday, will love that the show finally has a release date!
According to Soap Opera Digest, the show will debut exclusively on Amazon Video on May 15, so be sure to mark the date on your calendar. This intriguing new series is based on Corday’s popular novel of the same name. Have you read it?
Daytime fans will be pleasantly surprised to see a cast full of familiar faces on the new sudser.
Arianne Zucker (Nicole, DOOL), Jillian Clare (ex-Abby, DOOL), Martha Madison (Belle, DOOL), Wally Kurth (Justin, DOOL/Ned, GH), Marie Wilson (ex-Summer, DOOL), Gordon Thomson (ex-Walter, DOOL/ex-Patrick Baker YR), John-Paul Lavoisier (ex-Philip, DOOL), Patrika Darbo (Shirley, BB/Nancy, DOOL), John Callahan (ex-Edmund, AMC), Lilly Melgar (ex-Lily, GH), and Jessica Morris (ex-Jennifer, OLTL) star on the show.
Kyle Lowder (ex-Brady, DOOL) is the show’s executive producer along with Michael Caruso (Winterthorne creator).
Ladies of the Lake focuses on murders in the Avalon gated community. The ladies are rich and powerful–and able to get away with almost everything–including murder!
This new digital series is packed full of brilliant star power, and is sure to provide some thrilling soapy action minus any news interruptions! That sounds like a win-win.
