Soap star Hudson West is a multi-talented young man. He received an Emmy nomination last year for playing Jake Webber on General Hospital, and now he’s landed a brand-new gig.
The 11-year-old actor has joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars Junior, which is set to premiere on October 7.
The reality competition show is a spinoff of the original version, where celebrities perform with professional dancers to take home the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy. According to TV Line, figure skater Adam Rippon and This Is Us star Mandy Moore will be among the celebrity judges.
West debuted on GH in 2016 and won the hearts of viewers with his emotional and heartbreaking portrayal of Little Jake, Liz and Jason’s son who was presumed dead and had to readjust to life with his family.
West will join a host of other young stars. See the list of junior dancers below, as well as a preview of DWTS Junior.
