How Is YOUR Favorite Soap Faring In 2018?!

It’s almost the halfway point in 2018, and stories on your favorite soap have been going at a fast pace — but do viewers like what they see?

Soap Hub was wondering how you’re are feeling about your favorite soaps so far this year.

After all, there’s been a ton happening. The Young and the Restless has a murder club, as four women have come together to cover up killing JT (Thad Luckinbill) after catching him abusing Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and trying to kill Victor (Eric Braeden).

Things are looking better and better for Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) on General Hospital while half the town seems to be anticipating the birth of a few babies.

Speaking of babies, there is one on The Bold and the Beautiful that has everyone in protection mode — but which man (a father or a son) is really the father?

While on Days of Our Lives, Abigail (Marci Miller) and her other two personalities have been wreaking havoc all over Salem, breaking brothers’ hearts and almost killing three women — that’s AFTER killing Andre (Thaao Penghlis).

For 58%, 2018 has been very good to your soap. You absolutely love the stories and can’t wait to see the next episode.

Meanwhile, 34% aren’t drinking the Kool-Aid and wish their shows were much better. You’re tired of the same old recycled stories and keep hoping to see something new and different. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been happening and you’re not sure how much longer you can hang in there, waiting for it.

That leaves 8% who decided to vote “other” but alas, didn’t say what that other is. More than likely, you’re somewhere in the middle, not sure you’re thrilled by what is going on but you remain hopeful that this next sweeps month will put you over the edge.

After all, there’s a lot that’s going to happen and you know it just takes one story twist to make everything must-see TV again.
