Soap fans are awfully passionate about their favorite shows. How many times have you screamed at the television when a character made a bonehead move? But have you ever thought you could write it better? Soap Hub asked you just that.
Leave It to the Pros
Apparently, 35% are well aware of how hard writing for so many characters 52 weeks a year would be very hard and are fine with leaving it to the professionals.
What they do day after day boggles the mind.
You may have ideas for one couple but trying to do so for all of them while juggling sets and budgets that dictate who you can write for when – well that’s a headache you wouldn’t want no matter what!
Then Again…
Of course, 25% believe they could do a better job than the current Days of Our Lives (DOOL) writers.
You would never have broken up Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abby (Marci Walker), you’d have brought Will (Chandler Massey) back long ago, and would ditch the doom and gloom.

Meanwhile, 20% think they could do a better job of writing General Hospital (GH). You probably wouldn’t have broken up Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) for the umpteenth time and you certainly wouldn’t have messed with Julexis.
And Still More…
You may love The Young and the Restless (YR) but 11% think they can do it better than the current writers. You know the show so well, you feel Victor (Eric Braeden) practically writes himself, and you simply want to let him go at it.
Then there’s the 7% who think you could write all the shows better than the current writing regimes.
But only 2% think they could do a better job of writing The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). Could be you are so impressed by Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) return, you’re happy as is.
