Speculation has run rampant that both All My Children and One Life to Live could see some sort of revival since ABC won the rights to both soaps back in December.
Last week, we learned General Hospital will use former One Life to Live character Nora Buchanan, as Hillary B. Smith brings her tough lawyer persona to Port Charles. And now, there seems to be a rumor out there that All My Children might find new life on Netflix.
That rumor was repeated again the other day by Eva LaRue. The popular actress who played Maria Santos posted an Instagram picture of the AMC cast reuniting last week on Home & Family.
AMC already got a revival online in 2013 via OWN and Prospect Park productions. That revival, along with the One Life to Live revival, only lasted a brief few months.
However, Netflix is a much larger and widespread production company and streaming service that has already revived primetime shows Full House and One Day at a Time. It hasn’t tried soaps yet, but never say never.
What do you think? Would you watch AMC if you could stream it to your computer or TV on Netflix?
