Soap fans who still miss All My Children are getting a treat! Some of the show’s most memorable cast members are going to appear on Strahan and Sara to talk about the beloved serial that was set in fictional Pine Valley.
Susan Lucci (Erica), Walt Willey (Jack), Jacob Young (JR), Jill Larson (Opal) Cady McClain (Dixie) will appear on the daily talk show on Monday, February 11 to reminisce about All My Children, which ran on ABC from 1970 to 2011, and then again briefly on the Online Network in 2013.
Recently, Lucci appeared on the Strahan and Sara to discuss a recent heart scare she had and talked about the importance of heart health.
AMC was replaced by food show The Chew, which was replaced last year by a third hour of Good Morning America. Recently, that show was rechristened Strahan and Sara, after (who else?) the show’s hosts Michael Strahan (Live With Kelly And Michael) and Sara Haines (The View)!
CBS has done similar reunions with its axed daytime soaps. In 2016, The Talk featured on-air segments with the casts of As the World Turns and Guiding Light on CBS.
Strahan and Sara airs weekdays on ABC. Check local listings for airtimes.
