Summer may be coming to an end, but it looks like General Hospital’s (GH) teen scene is just starting to heat up.
In addition to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt), now there’s the newly-aged Cameron Spencer (or Webber, depending on who you ask – in any case, his biological father’s name was Smith), played by Cade McWatt.
Cam and Joss used to be kids going to camp with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer), and Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel), but with those two off the canvas, they’ve zoomed ahead into adolescence… and potential love triangles.
How do fans feel about the possibility? Over 2000 voted:
Z is for Zoning Out
A majority 51% of you can’t imagine anything more boring. Joss is a self-absorbed, self-righteous, Sonny-defending mini-Carly (Laura Wright), and Oscar has even less personality than his dad, Drew (Billy Miller), but at least he has the excuse of a flash-drive floating around that might reverse that.
Oscar is pretty much what you see is what you get.
Tell Me Who Are You
As for Cam… well, we don’t know anything about him, really, 32% note. It would be fun if the multiple years of being ignored by Liz (Rebecca Herbst) in favor of miracle child, Jake, put a fun chip on Cam’s shoulder and gave him some sort of agenda, or at least a narrative arc.
But even if Cam turns out to be a win, you can’t imagine any scenario in which tethering him to Joss isn’t a loss… especially for the viewers.
Give Me a T – For Triangle!
Sounds good, the remaining 15% cheer. You can’t wait for Carly to find out her precious Joss is involved with the dreaded Liz’s offspring.
Especially if she dumps Oscar for him. Carly may be seriously anti-Drew and Kim (Tamra Braun), but Oscar is also Jason’s (Steve Burton) nephew – which makes him a god once removed.
